I wanted to take a moment to
tell you what a terrific job you all did for our Business After Hours at
Bogue Watch! I am attaching a copy of the photos we took for you to have.
We are using the 3rd one in the current Chamber News Letter that was
distributed in last Friday's edition of the Carteret County News-Times
and they are mailing out tomorrow to all of our 1,400 members and contacts.
I must say that everything
was perfectly orchestrated, the presentation was wonderful and the food and
menu choices were plentiful and superb!
It was great to have you
arrive in plenty of time to have everything ready. Everyone really enjoyed
the fact that you cooked on the grill. The food was out of this world
good and it made for a very classy outdoor poolside barbeque for our members
and guests. The scallops wrapped in bacon were cooked to perfection and it
was great to have servers walking around with trays for folks to help
themselves and a nice touch to provide a cup to discard the toothpick! Your
attention to every detail was amazing.
Your staff looked very
professional in matching attire which added to the extreme professionalism
that is your trademark, along with your outstanding food!
I have had many folks comment
to me both at the event and in the days that have followed about how
delicious everything was. One business owner told the story of how he was
busy networking, then took a bite of the angus beef ka-bob and told his
prospective customer to "...give me a minute so I can savor the heavenly
bite I've just taken...", the prospective customer then replied,"I know what
you mean, the angus beef ka-bob...it's to die for". They both shared a
laugh.
Thank you for doing such a
fine and professional job for us. I look forward to having you cater many
of the events the Chamber schedules throughout the year.

David & I just wanted to send you a big THANK YOU for making our wedding day so memorable! We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience! The food was amazing, & the cake was simple but elegant -- just what we wanted! Our guests are still talking about how great the food was! Unfortunately, I didn't get to try everything on our pasta buffet, but the chicken parmesan was delicious! Dave loved the pasta with shrimp & scallops, & the different appetizers were a big hit with everyone! Everything went smoothly because of you & the time you put into making our day so special.
